Workplace problems?

Here is some free legal employment advice for you to consider.  If you are having problems at work with your supervisor or a co-worker, here is some advice to consider.  First, always make sure that you document all acts you find as inappropriate. Use the 5 Ws method, Who, What, Where, When, and Why?. to document the event that took place.  Documentation, Documentation, Documentation is the key.  Its not a bad idea to keep a log, diary, computer log or what ever suits you.   Make sure to also follow any employee handbook available to you by your employer to address any grievance you may have.  In other words, make sure to dot your "i" and cross your "ts."  I have seen many legal cases fall apart in court when the victim does not follow the employee handbook to address problems he or she is encountering at work.
